Meet Amy

Amy is a full time, on-call claims advocate who is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of her policy holders. She joined Bray and Oakley in 2011 and her duties have continued to expand over the years. 

 Amy began her insurance career in 2006 as a licensed claims adjuster and soon became a claims manager. Prior to insurance claims she was a professional assisting those in addiction recovery and in need of case management. As a part of her extensive study, she earned the designation of BSW – Bachelor in Social Work.

 Amy says, “I truly enjoy helping others help themselves. My experiences in both fields provided a strong foundation for my future career at Bray and Oakley Insurance.”

 She also has accomplished OSHA certification. Amy specializes in using data to determine problem areas policies and offering solutions to reduce losses, save money and keep employees safe. She keeps up-to-date with Covid19 related information and has developed/maintained the Covid19 return to work plan in an effort to ensure the safety of our employees and customers during this crisis.

Amy tells us, “When I am not crunching numbers I might be photographing bees in the garden, knitting, crocheting, cooking, sewing, playing Monopoly with my two boys or chasing a neighbor’s escaped dog down the street.”
